Prices are set and charged by Stripe; any applicable tax is shown at checkout. Downgrading or cancelling never deletes projects, channels, scripts or version history: everything you already have stays, you just cannot add more than the Free limits allow, and saved versions come back when you upgrade again. FrameLedger organises your evidence; it does not independently verify claims or licences.
